How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who reaches Fingersacrifice Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring Us
You may write to us about:
- Your experience phoning or messaging Fingersacrifice Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record, much like a folder of receipts.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Fingersacrifice Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.
What to Send
Email contact@fingersacrifice.world and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for another review. You may also find help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
